Individueller Sonnen- und Hitzeschutz
Besonders in den Sommermonaten ist eine Gefährdung durch hohe Temperaturen und erhöhter Sonnenstrahlung von Bschäftigten Personen in der Baubranche gegeben. Auch im Schatten kann z.B. durch Refktion immer noch eine UV-Stahlung von 50% erreicht werden. Hier sollte die Arbeitsbekleidung mit entsprechendem UV-Schutz den Bedingungen angepasst werde.
Im Rahmen der Arbeitsschutzprämien der BG BAU werden individuelle Maßnahmen für die Beschäftigten gefördert, die bei sommerlichen Temperaturen die Wärmeabgabe des Körpers erleichtern und Gesundheitsschäden durch Sonne verhindern.
Es werden bis zu 50% der Anschaffungskosten gefördert.
Gefördert werden unter anderem:
- Funktionsshirts mit UV-Schutz und langen Ärmeln
Diese gewährleisten einen sicheren UV-Schutz von Oberkörpern sowie Armen und erleichtern die Wärmeabgabe des Körpers bei körperlich anstrengenden Tätigkeiten insbesondere bei sommerlichen Temperaturen.
Für Funktionsshirts mit UV-Schutz beträgt die Förderung maximal 30 € pro Stück
- Warnshirts mit UV-Schutz und langen Ärmeln
Diese gewährleisten einen sicheren UV-Schutz von Oberkörpern sowie Armen und erhöhen die Sichtbarkeit der Beschäftigten, so dass z. B. eine Warnweste als zusätzliche Bekleidungsschicht entfallen kann.
Für Warnschutzshirts mit UV-Schutz beträgt die Förderung maximal 30 € pro Stück
- Schutz von Kopf- und Nackenbereich
Dabei sind Kopfbedeckungen mit breiter Krempe sowie Kopfbedeckungen mit Nackenschutz einen wirksames Mittel, da diese den Kopf abschatten. Sofern am Arbeitsplatz ein Schutzhelm getragen werden muss, so ist hier ein Schutzhelm mit Nackenschutz und ggf. Blendring zu verwenden.
- Schutzbrillen mit UV-Schutz
Sonnenbrillen verringern die Lichtdurchlässigkeit zu den Augen und schützen diese vor den schädlichen Auswirkungen der UV-Strahlung. Der UV-Schutz einer Sonnenschutzbrille hängt vom Filterglas und dem Design der Brille ab, kann aber auch die Farbwiedergabe von Signalanlagen verschlechtern.
Für Sonnenbrillen (keine Schweißerschutzbrillen!) beträgt die Förderung maximal 20 € pro Stück.
- Kühlkleidung
Diese trägt im Fall von hohen Umgebungstemperaturen und körperlicher Arbeit zur Aufrechterhaltung einer normalen Körpertemperatur, zur Vermeidung von Hitzeerkrankungen sowie zur Steigerung der Leistungsfähigkeit bei. Hohe Umgebungstemperaturen und körperliche Arbeit führen zu Belastungen des Herz-Kreislaufsystems durch hohen Wärmetransport, die sich durch die Verwendung von Kühlkleidungsstücken (z. B. Westen, Halstücher, Kühlschutzhelmeinsätze) verringern lassen.
Für Kühlwesten beträgt die Förderung maximal 100 € pro Stück
